Yoga during pregnancy


Service Description

As a pregnant woman, your body performs true miracles and is always running at full speed. In order to do something good for your body, soul and mind during this magical but also challenging time, we will go through a mixture of powerful asanas, relaxing flows, breathing exercises and short, guided meditations during pregnancy yoga. This will help you prevent a variety of pregnancy-related problems, prepare for your birth and at the same time strengthen your connection to the baby and your trust in your body. Yoga is a companion that brings body, mind and soul into harmony and thus contributes to the well-being of you and your baby. * This course consists of yoga exercises, breathing and relaxation exercises that help you to stay physically and mentally fit and balanced. * Targeted exercises and tips counteract pregnancy-related problems (e.g. back pain, sciatica, heartburn, pelvic floor problems, etc.). * Breathing and relaxation exercises will strengthen your confidence in your feminine power to give birth, which will help you to deal well with the challenges of childbirth. * Meditations invite you to connect intensively with your baby and relax. * Information and tips for a relaxed start to the birth round off the yoga evenings. * There is enough time in each session for questions and for you moms to talk. I look forward to seeing you and your little one in your belly. The courses always take place on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Sonnenvilla Attendorf (Heuannerlweg 20, 8151 Hitzendorf).
