Wouldn't it be nice if your child already had an idea of what pregnancy, birth, the arrival of a sibling and his/her new role as big sister/big brother are all about? In a 2-day children's workshop, we deal with exactly these topics in a child-friendly and playful way, with a lot of sensitivity, role plays and visual materials. In the first pregnancy, you often hear that life with children will change completely and be turned upside down. As an expectant mother/father, you prepare for this, but the new situation with a baby can quickly overwhelm you. You only really understand that a baby really changes everything when you experience it yourself. The sibling now experiences something similar to what his/her parents did back then. Everyday life with mom and dad alone is now a thing of the past and will never return. So it is only understandable that all this anticipation and love for the baby is mixed with sadness and anger at the perceived loss of mom and dad. In the eyes of the older sibling, the baby is taking away the parents' undivided attention and time. Jealousy and rejection of the baby are not unusual reactions of older siblings and should be taken seriously and accompanied with love. At the same time, with my workshop I would like to sow the first seeds so that such feelings are largely absent or can be recognized and sorted. In addition, I also offer private sibling workshops in which I prepare your child individually and tailored to his/her questions/wishes/interests.
