Together with Claudia Ronegg and Katharina Mauko, we have developed a concept that optimally prepares moms and dads for birth and parenthood. We thought about what parents really need to know in order to be able to arrive at parenthood relaxed, comfortable and with a feeling of self-confidence and security. After much deliberation, revision, collection of ideas and discussions, a concept became a course, "PARENTS 1x1", which combines the specialist knowledge and wealth of experience of three women and is intended to provide the most important insights into topics such as birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, sleeping, baby crying, baby sounds, baby care, movement development and dealing with the baby.
